چکیده
The effects of land use change on soil organic carbon (SOC) content have been investigated extensively. However, little research has conducted how matter (SOM) chemistry changes under different management practices, particularly with cultivation methods. Thus, in this study, we compared the various including six medium-term tillage namely no-tillage, disking, shallow cultivation, deep ploughing, and loosening, a natural ecosystem, tree line, SOM composition. present study examined chernozem soils during spring autumn varying uses randomised complete block designs, four replicates at depth increments 0 to 10 cm. composition was characterised using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS). More intensive operations resulted larger changes. Overall, conservation tillage, more like line than conventional tillage. Both DRIFTS UV-VIS revealed that had lowest aromaticity (15%) and, therefore, lower decomposition rate higher recalcitrance cropland (27%). After observing relationship between operation aromaticity, increased increasing intensity. This demonstrates can alter structure stability compounds. We observed afforestation is similar results are obtained quickly (<40 years). Hence, regeneration agriculture may be superior solutions for SOM, sustainable agriculture, food security current climate conditions. In addition, measurements bulk provided detailed information quality measurements. article protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

The Effect of Land use and Soil Erosion on Soil Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Stock
Soil organic carbon (SOC) is a principal component in soil quality assessment. Knowledge of SOC and total nitrogen (TN) stocks are important keys to understand the role of SOC in the global carbon cycle and, as a result, in the mitigation of global greenhouse effects. SOC and TN stocks are functions of the SOC concentration and the bulk density of the soil that are prone to changes, influe...

Land-use change affects not only the amount of soil organic matter (SOM) but also its composition. We performed cross-polarization magic angle spinning (CPMAS) C and N nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to investigate the chemical composition of bulk SOM in topsoils (0–15 cm) under different land use, namely native forest (NF), 27-year cropland with wheat/soybean rotation (CL) and 27...
